Shortlisted for the ING Discerning Eye Drawing Bursary 2009...The Discerning Eye Drawing Bursary is awarded annually to an artist. All artists resident in the UK are eligible to enter the Discerning Eye Drawing Bursary 2009. Up to 5 artists will be short listed for the Bursary.
